ABSTRACT

This study is devoted to changes in the professional environment in the cultural sector, caused both by the emergence and active implementation of AI, and by the general growth and development of high technologies and digitalization. During the study, three directions of influence of AI and technological development on the labor market in the cultural sector were identified - instrumental influence, that is, ways of using AI in cultural institutions that do not lead to the creation of new professions, new professions for people with a humanitarian education associated with the direct use AI, and professions whose emergence is caused by the introduction of AI and the development of technology, and as a result of this, the changing demands of the labor market. The study was based on the “Atlas of New Professions”, created based on Skolkovo and with the support of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the “Atlas of Professions of the Future” from the Higher School of Economics and Sberbank, as well as data from expert interviews published in foreign publications. The research method is qualitative and quantitative content analysis of the sources described above.
